By contrast, I sat out in the hammock yesterday afternoon, supposedly reading but actually falling asleep. Soon off out there again today - summer temperatures at the moment, but don't worry. It won't last!

Kabu
It has been a nasty day, even down here in our normally sub-tropical Southern Ontario, LOL!
And a great haiku!

Actually, that last thing sounds like the best to do on a snowy Sunday afternoon.

WOW!
I'm "almost ashamed" to tell you that it's 70 degrees where I live today and we've been outside enjoying the wonderful spring day, discussing where hubby will plant the climbing roses. :) Darn good thing we discussed it too because he was going to plant them along the fence in the back yard where our 4 ft tall 18 inch wide POOL lives that we float and tan in every summer. He enjoying his cold beer and me my wine cooler! Poor roses would be covered by the pool and we can't have that!! Hope spring shows it lovely face to all of you soon! I'm so looking forward to the summer, the lake, the boat, the canoe trips, the toys, camping out, b b qing, and playing with grandchildren in the wide open................I LOVE the outdoors!

Haiku seems all the rage Kabu and a good first attempt. It must be frustrating but wait until you are like me and hope it rains so that I can paint the strip of wood that runs on top of the floor, The paint is waiting, and the initiative.

It will clear up. There'll be new buds abloom outdoors.
I think the pregnant squirrel from my neighborhood has delivered -- haven't seen the chubby little thing for a day or so -- just the boy skipping across the top of the back fence now and then.
