The burning of the secrets is profound. What a great cleansing it must be! Justi, I would love to have a copy of your cookbook--in whatever form it is available!

Justi
Very nice, especially on a dreary Monday morning...

That writing/praying/burning process sounds very touching, very meaningful, and thus healing.  I must remember that.  What a blessing you are to so many.

We have done a similar thing but put them on a wood cross at church and basically giving our troubles over to the Lord as He asks us to do! It is a real cleansing! I do like the burning of it though for it signifies that it is destroyed and can no longer harm! sam

Such a simple and wonderful way to help others in personal distress, Justi! I have no doubt whatsoever that it is healing, and oh my, how awesome that must feel for the writer.

An e-ookbook from Justi. What a marvellous idea!!

I love this post because it was funny how I just took a deep breath
and smiled, as I opened your blog, than I saw your headline and started laughing.

I loved this blog because it is a cleansing journey, that can lead us to feel the joy that we were meant to live with.
I wish you lots of joy and blessings

One time I did this (writing things down that hurt me), forgiving and then burning the paper. It really helped.

I've done the writing my sorrows down on paper.  I put it in a bottle and set it free in the ocean.  Very cathartic.

Just I thought you were writing a cook book a year ago or was that some one else?  Yes a very good way of helping people I would imagine. Good on you

I have found in my own experience that writing does so much for the soul.

I got confused from the begining I thought it was going to be about the cook book.  Make the cook book with E something.  Those readers are really popular find out what it would take to get one on them.  Good luck
