Sorry Kabu I think that is a gnomling he looks to small and too young to be fully grown. Of course being an elf person I don't study this species that much. So it is only a guess that it might of fallen off the back of a lorry in an honest way naturally.

Each time I'm outside I see the geese,
in their big V formations, and I hear their mournful honks from on high. I can only imagine the Gnomes enjoy their winters in tropical regions. But gnome-body loves their little passengers like Kabu...
