Hi! I have found that I need to take a few deep breaths and exhale slowly before I verbalize my frustrations! This is a quote I came up with myself! "Before you speak from within, look in the mirror before you begin". It gets difficult but I know you have the energy!

I think as we grow older we get to handle and look at things in a better perspective as you are doing now FSI.

I'm glad you are able to handle difficult situations better. I get frustrated easily at times, but usually over things that are not that bad... i just look at things wrong sometimes.

I remember when you called your Dad in frustration to quit! He is so marvelous with you! I think you have been in a great situation for personal growth and have the guidance of your father! So wonderful read how you are handling things because depression can be so very counterproductive! sam

Growing up is noy quite the dream that movie make believe world
describes it....I remember having dark depression as a teenager and I still wonder at times why.
