... but how do you know what you know?  AND, what if you really don't know what you think you know, but you know other things all together. (I could do that all day.)

I think there is just limited room in there.  I've always been convinced words and letters will start falling out of my head at any moment.

I feel that way sometimes too..
...and I wonder what I really know but then maybe the stuff we do know is all that matters.
