I didn't realize Harry was 79! I admire him for still wanting to work at that age, and he sounds like an interesting guy anyway...

I think it's wonderful you were able to accommodate him to return to the business! It shows great character on the part of the business, too! I think it's wonderful you enjoy his company and have learned from him! Grand experience! sam

it seems like many people come back after they go into retirment
they just dont want to do nothing, and working keeps them going, I hope harry stays with you guys a long time.

FSI, it definitely sounds like Harry is a keeper....
And I'm sure your dad realizes that, and will likely keep him employed in some capacity as long as Harry feels up to it....

Well of course it gives him a purpose in life F.S Years ago men used to die very often after retiring, it was the shock I expect.

You folks seem like the wonderful employers that are hard to come by. I am amazed at his age he still has the vitality of a person in their 30's.  Yet, he has the wisdom of his years. Nice reading! and bravo! to you and your dad for being great employers!
