For medical reasons, I can't have one. I also hear that people are more likely to get the flu after getting the flu shot.

So sorry about that. I hope you are better today, but usually one is not over it so quickly. Have someone buy you a container of pineapple juice and drink it off and on all day. There is supposed to be something in it that fights colds and flu, something more that just Vit. C which is good. It has some enzyme that other juices don't have. Get well quickly.
