Kabu, thats when the snow looks the nicest, when it clings to everything...
It looks truly beautiful....we are having a bit of a warmup for a couple days, up to 2+ tomorrow, and a chace of freezing rain (ugh!)....none of us are going anywhere today or tomorrow if we can help it..

You are always busy Kabu, take some time for a rest here and there
you deserve it after all your hard work.

I have found
that late nights make me much more tired the following day than they used to and quality if not quantity of sleep is becoming more essential to my well-being

I think the deal is to work a little, rest a little...
I know if I don't get up and do something during a day, sleep isn't restful.

It is hard to adjust to when our bodies put the brakes on...:)
A person used to dashing about and being the "get-er-done" type can be in for a shock. Learning to pace yourself and to enjoy exercising the mind much more intensely - so many books to drink in, writing, movies, games and of course, lovely zzz's, lol..is valuable. I am experiencing these "lessons" right now because of chronic illness and hope if/when my cure happens, I will remember the importance of these times.
Take care, be rested and happy, Dear Kabu!

I wonder now how I managed to keep up with the chores and everything when I was working 40 hr weeks, but now I cant and I have a lot more time to spare. This week I have just been trying to keep from collapsing.

One day on, six days off? I think that's a capital idea! I think we should all just have a work
day rather than a work
week!

I loved this so much. I can see little Josh running away from Gangan and loving it. I also know exactly what you are talking about. When I work a day at the market I am too tired to move the next day and it is from simply having lived such a busy younger life I guess. Love you I am waiting for Tequila Sheila's horn. Oh does she have lime twists as hood ornaments. Thats Bonnet ornament to you. xoxoxoxoxo
