From a dealers point of view the chip is a shame but from a sentimental
view who cares...she is lovely and has character. Chumpet is going to have to be called Chubby Ch.

I LOVE CHUMPET ~ and I wanted to ask you if She, is a TOBY JUG, right? OH sad that she has a chip - but, I think that adds character myself but truly I know the frustration of it. What a LOVELY LAdy ~ I would have captured her for myself too. Good find, ChCh ~ E.E.

She's adorable and what a thoughtful gift for you mother! You are a good son. And I have grown from too many cakes over the holiday, too! And, I think Albert in his own way had something to do with; that's my story and I'm sticking to it! lol sam

Once when traveling through a village on a Sunday I saw this little lady in a antique shop window I can't remember the price but as the shop was shut I put the money for it in an envelope and pushed it through the letter box. I honestly can't remember, but I probably called for it one day.
It is a shame because over the years a section in the top must have been knocked out and repaired, but I keep it because I got it for my Mother. I put the Chumpet model top show the height but typical of this firm I can't find a ruler tonight but 4 inches roughly of course the real Chumpet has grown from eating too many cakes over Christmas.
