I was more familiar, by the way, dear ChCh with the Toby jugs ~ especially since Sarah collects them...I am adoring the jugs and have my eye on a couple of two to add for interest to my shop collectibles...Oh but some of these are just amazing in design...well, most of (all)them in fact. Thanks for this ~ I'm so piqued --- E.E.

I am loving this whole set of photos and collectibles and I like these jugs --- I'm excited 'cause now I'm looking for some.

and I'm sure DMan appreciates it LOL ~ seriously these are neat, and I must admit I have never seen this type before. Learn something new every day, ChCh ~ thank you much ~ E.E.

Not one of my favorites "CARLTON " Although this is brighter than seen I was in a hurry and did not wash it properly Carlton ware is quite interesting to a would be collector as it was produced in quantity and quoting from the (Net) pieces can still be picked up at village hall sales.
This jug belong to the flower period to be honest the flowers were mentioned but I could not think of the ones on the jug, but tulips were not mentioned which as we old dealers know is good news. Only joking but I shall have to set two people on the look out at boot sales just for fun. They hold stalls occasionally and the chap I know was very annoyed because my sister sold him a piece of china with a hair crack in it. We all thought it was very funny but he has sworn revenge.
