  Guy,
here is some info and I hope it helps:

Okay, the easiest way to do this is to go to photobucket and click on "My Albums."
Once, there, scroll to the right and click "choose now."
It will take you to a menu, from which you choose the type of files you want to upload from, for instance...My Documents; My Pictures, etc...
Click on the document you want and then click "open" and it will automatically start uploading to photobucket.
Once it's finished uploading, photobucket will show the pic and say it has "successfuly uploaded."
Scroll to the top left and click the back arrow, which will take you to your album page.
On your album page, click on the picture and it will enlarge it.
Right-click the pic and it will display a menu from which you choose "copy" and then either use a tabbed browser or just open up another web browser and go to the blogit "add new entry" page and right-click the text area and choose "paste" from the menu and wala! Whoops, there it is!

Open up to new entry on your blog site
Copy your browser address from the browser space above

  then:

When you open up the picture that was emailed or that you now have on your computer
  hit copy
  paste to new email
right click on the pic that was emailed
and where it says insert hyperlink --- hit that
insert or paste then your 'blog site hyperlink' that you copied and pasted from first step.

then go to your blog site where you have it opened and ready to blog
and simply hit the paste icon and it should paste the pic that you have put hyperlink to
  right on to the page...

I think photobucket has changed a bit but just go to upload and all will be well.

Ask Elysianfields how to put the photos in she explained it to someone else who asked her a few months ago.
