You will have to be more practical as you get older Kabu just stack all your cards in a heap for a quick recycle use wrapping paper for cat litter and start making a rug from those ill fitting jumpers that you have been given. Please let everyone know your new year's resolution. Mine is to stop mind reading.

I am constantly working on uncluttering for about 1/2 year and liking it better the more I do. It is a settling feeling to have useful current things and move the others to the trash or to someone who can use them now.

I didn't have decorations to put away this year
My brother and I are a little strange as neither of us really get into them. This drove our family members crazy because we didn't have a tree and they kept sending us ads for them etc... we didn't want one LOL!
As for uncluttering; that is my plan for the weekend. I like to start every year with a clean space and getting rid of things I no longer need.

That sounds like a queue to relax for 10 minutes or more... I do enjoy the time to sit and get lost in great books

You've got the mess cleaned up...
and I don't even want to bother with the clothes in the dryer. Guess you could say I lack ambition.

Now that you've uncluttered
would you like to take a trip down South and unclutter with me? That would be the perfect motivation for me to get started! LOL

and I'm proud of you for 'uncluttering' - puts me to shame don't ya know. And Mr. Graysome, would he be the pill??? He's a riot!!! Well, I think he is. I would imagine he keeps the youthful spring in that home. xoxoox C Elyse ~

Uncluttering is good and I wish
I could get uncluttered. Hopefully Friday and Saturday I will be off. I need to get the chi flowing with grace and ease.

Uncluttering
I can easily imagine Mr Graysome enjoying himself ha ha. But I don't like Gnomes or fairies or such but research is hard work and that is something as writers we have to do. Happy New Year to you both and I look forward to any other non gnome stories you may write. Great post, and always enjoyable. Happy New Year.

Kabu, we haven't started taking anything down yet...
but if not before, New Years Day will be it..

...the cats have been good this year..neither of them has even climbed onto the arm of the sofa to at least sniff over the tree.

..(but I'm not complaining..:)...
