Dear ChiffChaff - do take care of yourself...and I pray you are well soon. Please let us know. Ah that blasted buggy weather you're having is of extreme sounds and looks like via the weather channel. Bless your heart and not to worry about notes as such; cause we're like family here. Stay warm and yes, sometimes cool, fresh air does help the ucky ucks decide whether to leave or not. Where's a nurse when you need one eh? At any rate, I love this floral; yummy in color. Have a good week.

Thank you everyone for looking at the flowers . I have already made my new year's resolution. I have studied it again and dare not print it. One gets wiser as one gets older. Apart from a few double primroses I can only show copies and that would spoil next year's showing. I have just emerged from 12 hours sleep as the flu bug is about apart for a light Christmas dinner and liquid including a couple of glasses of wine and I do not feel hungry. Perhaps I shall go on a fast diet. The good news is I feel better this morning just a bit hot.
I left the heating on all night as it was quite a frost and I did wonder if I should raise the attic door a wee bit to hopefully stop the water tanks freezing . It is at times like this that one wishes one had joined the damned insurance policy that I am keep being offered pipes and taps etc. I have everything else except bed bug and spider invasion. It looks very bleak outside and Kabu the cat might be waiting for it's breakfast I expect it's water bottle is frozen as the silly thing will only stay in the porch, I expect this morning I shall have to peg the cat up by it's tail and let it thaw out indoors first.My nose feels cold so that is funny, my brother gave me a lovely scarf that the sister had given him two years ago, he had never taken it out of the bag, but he pinched the box of Chocolate Liquors and took them up to his house. I was going to give him a bottle of port, I don't like like it much. A friend rang me up 'I'm half dead do you want me to bring your presents?' 'Not unless you leave them on the step and I will spray them with Dettol.' If you are not bored by now, you are lucky I don't do this much . CHIFFCHAFF.
