Yes , you did the right thing Justi. I could have been the most popular mother and friend if I would have taken advantage of all the offers I got in the mail and buy everyone what their heart desired this holiday, but like one of your other readers said... sooner or later the bill comes and usually when we want it less so I also refused the credit... it sucks to be sensible ...doesn't it loll Be well xoxoxo

Those dreams are fun to have. Fortunately you are wise enough to be within your means.

I had that same notice
and for a moment, I had all thoughts of what a wonderful gift I could get for Pam and then it struck me...the bill eventually comes in and usually when I can least afford it. Pam will have to make due with make-up kit, the lighted make-up mirror and the others things that I have for her.

Good plan
to know the offer is out there and gently ignore it I think!

The Hope Diamond, huh? It's not the visions that are lacking, thankfully! Daydreams are fun, but have been known to disrupt my work too. You have my mouth watering with the mention of those cheeseballs

Well Justi there are a lot of folk still paying for last Christmas, I suspect they don't get such a grand offer. Just eat a cheese ball you deserve one.

That would fit you. They will run faster than the wind. I had a friend many years ago who collected Ferraris. I agree with your LSW I could not live in a car or that other woman who lived in a shoe, ah...

I know what you mean! I sometimes have these visions of buying a Ferrari - the only problem is I would have to sell my house first, and then live in the car. I would even do that, but my LSW says she won't have it, 'cause she likes to mow the lawn...
