Kabuiepie-;)

I'm just happy you're well again and we've finally wrassled your need to compete over nonsense to the ground. I sure did appreciate it 3 years ago but face it love, age has done us in.

I always hated realizing or being told that something I did, usually more hard work than I could handle, was too much for me, which was why I got sick. I am glad to read that you are feeling better.

Glad you're feeling much better, mama Kabu. Papa Wiley's a wise man, you have to do as he says.

Glad you are better from it, whatever it was. It can be tough to admit things are too much, but better than getting ill. I had to decline going in work today on my day off when I want even more overtime for the same reason. It is best to admit to our limits and live by them.

Wiley I promise no more snow blowing
Kabu I keep imagining little Mr Greysome with a snowblower ha ha. Seriously though, Poor Wiley would love a chocolate advent calendar. So even though it's a bit late in the month if you get two you can both have a great chocolate treat snacking on the chocs up to date...

Sorry - I'm with Wiley on this one, Kabu. I think I'd sell the machine too if it would keep you from doing it again....it seems to me you enjoy it too much to listen, LOL!

No of course not Kabu good thinking by Wiley, just get out and chop the logs, pile em up agin the back door, but wrap up well. Perhaps you should wait until it's warmer and then you won't need them. We only pass this way once remember.

I should send Sister Anne up your way.
She's the nun who lives two doors north of me. Solid, 5'9", played a little basketball in college. She's principal of St. B's school across the street. Any time it snows, she's out there with the snow blower at first light, happy as a clam to do the sidewalk from her front door to the school, which includes the sidewalk out front of my house. There's another sister living there -- I don't know if I've ever heard her name. She's the one who keeps the parish books. Tall, thin, prim, long determined strides, preoccupied.
