Thank you Christy.  People make their choices though, even when they understand the possible consequences of their actions or behavior.

Re:

Hi Shelly,

Have you tried using acupucture to treat your migraines? I have used acupuncture to treat other conditions in the past.  I had a good experience with acupuncture and would recommend it.

Re:

Utah Jay,

I am so sorry for your loss.  Recovery from addiction is a journey that happens one day at a time. With the Lord's help, you can do it.  You will be in my prayers.

Thank you for the kind words.

You make your case very well. I'd like to see more editorials from you.

I am an attic who hasn't used for over seven years, it began when I was twelve and ended when I was fifty three. I too do not agree with legal pot, but it is not just drugs, booze, or tobacco. My nephew died a few months ago of a massive heart attack, he weighed over three hundred pounds and was in his early fifties. I think his drug of choice was ice cream. I believe we all have something we abuse in one way or another. I always read your post's and I think you are one of the best here on Blogit, and you are right on with this one as well...good job

I so agree with you Amanda.  The legalisation of such substances is not the right path to follow.

I don't drink for it is a waste of time and money! But, I do suffer from migraines and I have tried every medication on the market for the past ten years with minimal results! I have read where medical marijuana is a big help, since I am willing to try whatever for relief I don;'t think I would be opposed to medical marijuana! And smoking is for those who want to die before their time, it's unfortunate their second hand smokes takes others with them. Shelly
