LOL --- thank you Cc --- I had to ask...I just knew this was not a pansy but wow, this is a cousin of it fast. A streptocarpus --- (sounds like a flu strain

) so like violets as well. It is so neat that you grew this from a 'cutting' ~ I am always amazed at this - my mamma once could do that so well. I guess I didn't have the 'patience' --- LOL --- now that story of the 'head' in the stocking blows me away ...ROTFLOL ~ stop that Cc ~ and these are like african violets it seems.. thanks so much for your info - Always ~ E.E.

I was hoping no one would ask it's not a pansy a streptocarpus my brother pinched a bit of leaf that had been broken off a plant at a garden centre and I grew a plant for him. At least that was his story. He was the one who put a cockeral's head in a Christmas stocking for my young brother years ago.

E Ba gum Yorkshire. up strit. Oxfordshire. inon and pays Gloucester and flock of sheep or one ship. Might all be out of date now.
