Re:
Well no one knows how they will feel Sam my neigbour had an op 40 years ago she was frantic at the time but is going stronger than ever now, I am sure you will get plenty of support and prayers, it isn't like 50 years ago when our friends were in the same position.

What a beautiful array of colors! You have the keenest eye for things! Thank you for thinking of me with this latest thing I have to deal with! I told my sister today and she went nuts-o on me! Her husband went through colon cancer a couple of years ago and it was a horrible ordeal! I was there for her and I remember how difficult it all was, but the fact remains, as you said, it's all about a positive attitude and putting up the good fight! I will do that id need be, I just needed to unload on blogit before I told anyone in my family! So, I appreciate you being there for me, you are indeed a wonderful cyber friend! I appreciate you a great deal! And, I do listen to the wisdom you impart to me, it does make a difference on how I see things! So thank you very much! sam

E.E.
Some are hardy E,E, the smaller the better this was just one I bought last year and put outside in the Spring it was sheltering under a small Acer tree, I think it will survive as long as we don't get prolonged frosts. The real hardy ones are much smaller and come up in some places en masse

this is beautiful --- those crimson or fuschia colored blooms, do you know the name of them, Cc -- I find them here and wondered if they weathered the winters hardily?  Beautiful capture here.  E.E.

now there is a festive special!
Lots of red and green - the perfect centerpiece....(maybe with a little bit of trimming, but not much)
