there's always a solution to a problem (at least I try to believe that) and so, I hope by now it's all straightened out? and the bubby baby is adorable and I can only imagine you two riding along I tell you ~ bustling in the breezes on that interstate they have there. I think they go rather fast don't they...at least I remember that when I lived up there...I thought the km(s) meant our mph and so I was going (our) 90mph when DMan told me to slow down ---

Tapsis right of course, we are blessed tohave enough of everything
that is important and the Tax thing is at the moment in the hands of dear Son NO.ONE so yes I went for that drive and I have even managed to deep clean a couple more cupboards. Thank you friends for all the care.

I'm so glad that you have enough $$ to keep you comfortable and to have to pay taxes on. The older I get, the more I notice people in desperate need of one sort or another. I also hate messing with taxes now. I can't believe I used to enjoy figuring out that stuff and did our own as well as mom & dad's taxes and helped other people out with there's. Now I must go look at the car.

I wish I had a sensible suggestion for you - but I haven't got one. Even thinking of taxes makes my eyes glaze over, and I become catatonic...Which is why I let my accountant handle all that...

I'll try to check that out for you Kabu. I know there is some law about residing in Canada with a common-law spouse...and taxes...while waiting on permanent residency. Fiscal info is not my specialty, but we do have people who would know. In the meantime, today was a good day for a nice drive, wasn't it?

Taxes are such a major source of stress. I have no idea how the accountant's and tax lawyers keep track of it all.

Yes very nice Kabu, it will show up well in the snowy weather. Something you can both share so that's OK. I'm sure it doesn't pay the tax people to worry about you, perhaps it will be forgotton, hope so.

I hope you do go for a drive... and as you must have some snow by now ...enjoy the whiteness amongst the earthy colors of the fallen leaves.... to me that first snow and its contrast with what is left of autumn is one of the most inspiring sights :-) Enjoy your drive sweetie...
