The dreaded brief case.
Oh girl, I'm like you when it comes to taxes..I have a file box and I hate it when tax time comes around. But your son is so great to handle your finances for you.

That doesn't sound like fun at all. I'm glad it was only a very small portion of your trip.

I know what you mean - I'm in a similar boat. But I have to dump everything on my accountant, and he doesn't give me tea, and of course charges me instead! And, btw, for my tax month is June as well, instead of April...don't ask, it's a long story...

I love this post because I also dislike very much having to deal with tax time. And to think, way back when, I used to do all that stuff for my mom and dad. Now I don't even like to do it for myself.

I love your son, and that he takes on this stuff for you.
You are so lucky! But then, so is he.

I do feel sorry for you Kabu but studying the tiles is quite an ingenious way of doing your tax return. Of course you must pay your taxes a lot of people depend on tax payments. I do for one trying to get back my losses for the last year or two. We need more like you. Be proud of yourself.

Dear One, what a lovely post. Your son is a real blessing. I am thankful you have him over there. I do understand your feeling but it was a sweet scene anyway. Be blessed dear one.

Kabu, tax time is no fun for anyone...
And the country doesn't really matter either...I think thats why Liz gets so many taxes to do for people - they feel intimidated by them or just hate them, whatever..

..Liz tackles them as well as any C.A. would, but she just lacks the skills to do them for anyone paying in more than one country...
I still chuckle at how she digs into them when our tax time cometh....you'd think they were lunch..

.
