Those are the most winsome creatures. Sorry they have to tough it out on the range, but at least they are free to hop around as they please. Glad your last day was fun with your grand kids. Thanks for sharing the pics; I never cease to be fascinated by Australia.

Well I suppose they are quite content to take goodies and be stroked, It might be a bit harder graft out on free range. Nothing is ever free. At least you have left some nice memories for the children. Goodness Kabu the forcast here for next week is frost and cold days that's a bit early for us. The plants are all under cover so that's a relief.

I'd love to see a kangaroo "live" one day.... they're such interesting animals. A visit to to the zoo is an ageless thing, I think. Never too old, never too young.

There's nothing like a good scream to wake people up. I know because Phil does an impromptu big bellowing whoop no matter where he is when he sees Grandma in the distance coming toward him. Then anyone within range turns to stare. LOL. By the way, do kangaroos make a noise with their mouths?
