Kabuski - on for a bit of relax and read and find this ditty of yours and it has me LOL --- Oh but yes, that weight of water and the tale of it --- from those dratted scales...I say "toss em" along with the Gnome whom snickers. I myself have stopped the worry but yes, have this auto reflex now to stop in and peek at my scale number --- and then wonder why I DID THAT? LOL --- I don't believe the numbers...so off I go for my brisk walk to prove it. xoxoxo Elyse

At least you didn't gain. That's proof right there it's working.
It's been too hot to get up and hula or shake your booty or rattle the bones, but when the cool stuff comes, there'll be a bit of a workout and some of that fat that's been hanging on will melt away. And the gnomes will have something new to think about...

The scale can hold answers that we do not like...I love how you brought the good old gnomes into this poem of yours. They are good for laughs.

Hi chick heat getting to you did you see that song about that little mammal it must not be referred to as gay. I meant to write its name down it is about a big as a cat and clings to a tree. they seem to do a lot of clinging to trees down under, I suppose you will be trying that next. I am glad you can still amuse with your puritan poetry of course those little blogger got what the deserved. Chin up friend

Darling that is so funny. I needed a laugh, I have been too stoic all morning. I could see you fling the boys against the trees and cracking their fat faces. LOL xoxoxoxo

Kabu, kabu - I ADORE this!!! The gnomes "with chubby skins" - wonderful. And besides the wonderful poetry, I know how you feel. The scale has been frustrating me, too! Mal
