It is a wonderful day here. We have had a heat wave for six weeks. No rain and today it is raining softly and sweetly. The plants are smiling. Be blessed dear one.

In light of the car troubles I have been reading looking for something else when the lease expires sounds like the way to go. I'm sure that you will find something better.

Always love to read your posts, but I especially enjoyed your little smiley! As for the car, take Wiley up on his offer - get something really cute, a car you've always wanted and one that makes you smile - for me that's a mini-cooper - my dream someday!

What a sweet picture Grandmummy. Don't worry, you'll find just the right car for all of Poppy's toys from the toy shop and your shrubs and trees and flowers too. You'll get a chance for more outside work before the frost comes. Love you.

It was beautiful here Kabu, but I hear we'll be getting the heat wave as of Monday. And yes, when you get back from down-under, I will be visiting Camelot. It will probably be a nice drive with the colours at their best. Cute poem...and, at the risk of having something thrown at me, I love winter too!!

Down here in the lower half of Illinois, we had 3 days of perfect
resort weather: low humidity, high of 80, low of 60, perfect for anything outdoors. It was open window, let the breeze go through kind of weather, so I'll not complain because today has become August-like again. September's usually pretty nice around here.

Kabu, you guys are warmer up north today than we are down south..:)
Its 81F which is about 26C, and only 37% humidity...a beautiful late summer day...with more heat & humidity moving in next week..
