I didn't say I was hurt or angry. I am neither. Far from it. My problem is that I love to argue but I do not like me when I am arguing so, I stay away from it as much as possible. LOL.

I did not know you had a rule to stay out of my blogs on politics, religion and opinion. I am so sorry you feel you need to agree with me, or stay away from me. I love you too. Agreeing with others is not a virtue. I am not trying to get agreement but to show my side, and to see theirs. The trouble is too many take the sides as personal. I cannot imagine you would feel hurt or anger at my take on politics, religion and most of what I am talking about is not opinion it is reality, many have opinions on that. The Constitution of the Unitied States, History, Christianity are realities. Many have opinions on them but they are realities that can be discussed. It is not that I don't know how to discuss, it is more that people do not want anything to do with people who do not share their exact views. I am sorry if I have offended you or anyone. I only want to share what I totally believe to be truth.

Re: TAPS
I should have stuck to my own rules for myself to stay out of your blogs on politics, religion and opinion. I'm always sorry I broke my own self-imposed rules when I don't. I love you, Justi. One last thought. No one can correct someone elses opinion of themselves with arguments. An opinion is a judgment formed in the mind. It can only be changed by the person who formed the opinion in the first place.

I believe your words would be clearer to me if you cleared up a point or two. If these people have the right to say that I get my information from news shows, preachers on the t.v. rather than reading and you say they have a right to say that. I agree. What was clearly left out was why I have no right to defend my right. Did you mean that? I am, even by you, chided when I correct another about what they say about me and my work, but I am told from all sides that I am being hard on them if I correct their opinions of me. It appears to work only one way. Is that what you meant? I am trying to do this right? I want to know just why I cannot say the same back to people they say to me without being persecuted?

You don't bore me but mostly I just don't really have much to add to a discourse.
I have one firm belief about Islam or Muslims and that is they want to control the world and a lot of them are in the U.S.A. and Canada now because so many North American's will marry them so they can get their citizenship.
I usually steer away from any comments about U.S. politics because it doesn't matter a damn what I think anyway.
Now my friend, I pray for your peace of mind and your calmness to guard your health.

Re: Justi
I have an idea that not many people appreciate how much studying that you do/have done on the Scriptures and on the times, history, people, events, numbers, etc., etc. etc. to tie things together and to come up with the conclusions you have, and the things that you share with us. I also have a feeling that some think you get your opinions from TV preachers and talk show hosts, and that you spout their words rather than studying it for yourself. But, even if that is true, they have the right to think that and to respond accordingly. That is why Jesus said his words about about that you are blessed when you are reviled and persecuted for His sake and to rejoice and be glad about it. If you are pleasing to Him, and to yourself, no one else's acceptance or rejection matters a whit. You don't have to prove anything--only present it for consideration. The Holy Spirit can do the rest.

Thank you love for all your sweet words. You know I just don't understand. When one is truthful there is nothing better. He spoke to me what he thought was a teaching mode. Why didn't he say I can teach you something in the beginning. I do not know how to beat around the bush for anything, my word is my bond. I mean what I say and I don't appreciate tongue in cheek comments that are supposed to mean a million things. Just tell me! I didn't get anything except that he accused me of getting my material by some childish mode wihout thought and study. I have said enough. How do we expect men to be men and we wipe their wounds with oiled rags and take up weapons and fight in the streets for them. You teach me TAPS, I don't understand this type of behavior. I did not know I called him Sonny Boy!

I do not find you boring. Definitely not. I like hearing about your day to day living, your recipes, your fashions, your poems, and I also like to read your views on politics and on religion though I don't often comment on those. I must say, though, that I did cringe just a bit when you called dsm_tchr "Sonny Boy."

justi, my intent was to help you, but i was wrong. i am sorry. i'm a teacher and falsely assumed that you would be as interested in improving discourse as i am through the principles of clear thinking. Also, i was wrong to suggest that you, my elder, should do or think or say or feel anything or any way that you do not wish to; in short, it was disrespectful and i apologize. You needn't be threatened by me as i only wish to improve discourse by making suggestions to teach. Now, you have strong beliefs, even extreme ones; you have the total right to express them any way you see fit, and be accepted. But you don't use clear thinking. The strength of any argument is usually found on a solid foundation of logic rather than emotion. Sorry.

I do indeed. If you call them on anything they rely on some above the frey nobility given to them and cry foul. They could not be wrong if they were at the 'great white throne' judgement. I don't think that sort of reasoning will hold up there.

Sometimes we seem to focus on so-called false assumptions and ignore false prophets. For some reason progs label anything that is in disagreement with their positions as false.......an odd methodology....don't you think?

This comment is as threatening as or more so than what I wrote that was pulled. But if you would care to dialog rather than make accusations let us begin. Are you not self aggrandizing yourself to assume all except you who are strong-willed, politically aware are not clear thinkers? Sonny boy I lived through WWII, Korean War, Nam, and all these damn Middle Eastern wars. I saw men, real men at the helm of things. I saw a country who knew how to help those who needed it not expect the government to hand it all out. You are right about rules and samples which improve discourse. There are too, in this country to this time, manners one should use when addressing others. You are suggesting here, you are making assumptions that I do not do independent research. You are telling of your knowledge of those I watch or listen too.... I do not listen to talk radio.... If you are afraid of the Tea Party you don't want this country you want to take it over and make it into one of your fashioning. I do not listen to Sean Hannity because he is too argumentative. I am not explaining myself, I don't owe you than. I am telling you that you have made erroneous accusations, been ill mannered, attacked my presentations based on your thought capabilities. Sorry.

Justi, it isn't boring, but it gets troublesome when we make false assumptions about large groups of people, compare apples and oranges, like foreign aid and unemployment. These are delicate and complex issues on which the global balance teeters. I would like to encourage all strong-willed, politically aware people to practice clear thinking. Google it. There are sets of rules and samples which improve discourse. Do some independent research, rather than repeating what Rush Limbaugh says, or Sean Hannity, or Bill O'Reilley, or senators, or Tea Party advocates. These are sound bites, not sound reasoning. Sorry.
