Glad you are healthy except for the back pain. Oh, the
trials of nursing that we pay for later. Rest well:)

I love the picture.
Don't you just love a yard and the right to garden it the way you wish.

Tomorrow's another day. Today it's good to give yourself a rest from
the weary woes that can overwhelm you. What great news that your bones are fine, that the "miseries" are from overwork and lifting.

Resting, I love to do it, too. As I age it brings more peace.
AND stop the madness of lifting. My back is ruined from stupid youthful lifting and this past month, I blew out my left knee from lifting horrid things alone. Stop it. Stop it NOW !!!! Heheheheh, silly goose. My knee is messed up longer than my back ever was. The back hurts more, when it hurts, but the darned knees KEEP hurting beyond my patience for it.
Stop lifting before your knee goes, too.

Yes your garden looks remarkable and well kept Kabu. Yesterday I took the plunge I have some heavy pots filled with soil and seakale beet each day I kept looking at them and they were becoming stifled by vegetables on a bench. I tentatively tried to lift one took a deep breath and hauled it out and banged it on the ground, I was quite pleased so I lifted the other four out. It was stupid and I won't do it again. The stone I showed you is 31 inches tall and 24 inches base by !2 inches

I find that sleep has been a great cure for stress and problems with the latter being solved when I woke up...The cat's going to be a bundle of energy tonight...

I used to sleep over a friend's house (in her college daughter's room), under a sign that said: "The bridge from despair to hope is often a good night's sleep." I thought about that a lot and I really agree. Good post, Kabu.....Mal
