cutbacks
It is a shame when those who want to work are deprived of a job, but it is the law of the jungle the fittest survive to employ more again another day hopefully.

Your dad must be so glad to have you around - reliable, able and doing such a good job even under difficult circumstances.

With business the way it goes these days, cutbacks are best looked into and implemented FSI. Great work there.

FSI, the carwash I deal with here is in much the same boat: slow....

I had my car in late last week for an "in-and-out" and they really did a good job (not that they don't always), but because there was no lineup and they had no rush, and this was at a peak time....

same story here - a thunderstorm almost every other day...

glad all is working out for you

Looks like those definitely were the right business moves to make, then, even though it's hard to let people go. Better that than to lose a business that's been going for years. That'll make sure you're still standing, ten years from now. Glad everyone's adjusting well.
