It is a shame when those who want to work are deprived of a job, but it is the law of the jungle the fittest survive to employ more again another day hopefully.

I have absolutely no doubts
about your ability to do an outstanding job and I just know your dad is always proud of you! From reading your posts, I believe you to be a son that would make any parent proud!

With business the way it goes these days, cutbacks are best looked into and implemented FSI. Great work there.

FSI, the carwash I deal with here is in much the same boat: slow....
I had my car in late last week for an "in-and-out" and they really did a good job (not that they don't always), but because there was no lineup and they had no rush, and this was at a peak time....
same story here - a thunderstorm almost every other day...

Looks like those definitely were the right business moves to make, then, even though it's hard to let people go. Better that than to lose a business that's been going for years. That'll make sure you're still standing, ten years from now. Glad everyone's adjusting well.
