I was thinking about water restrictions today in my area! We are supposed to get triple digits toward the end of next week! And I hope we escape the restrictions, I just got my lawn rather nice and it would be awful to lose it! I am thankful for my conveniences, too! I often think how hard it has to be on some folks who do not have air conditioning but survive the heat of the desert! Shelly

Aah I remember the water restrictions. I go to the Dunkin Donuts and have a cup of hot Joe to get hotter love. BC-A, Bill’s RJJst

MandaLee, we've no doubt been under the same air mass as you have...
its been in the 90's every day and very humid...I had to forget about trying to walk outside a couple of days - it was as bad at 9p.m. as it was at 9a.m.....relief is supposed to be on the way for tomorrow, though, once a cold front passes through...whew, I sure hope so..

Hi Manda thank you for your cards, the heat wave appears to be spread over a large area and as you say it must be awful not to have a cool place or water available. It is sunny here today but a cool breeze keeps it pleasant, it did try to rain, but gave up after a few splashes. Be happy

I'm thankful that our weather has been cooler than is normal for us at this time of year. Wether patterns take their own turns don't they.
