Would I stand for seven hours for a woman? If I could stand the woman, I might...And I'm happy to hear that things are going well all around, with just minor irritations...

I'm with Taps, mneme. I wouldn't even sit for 7 hours for one man - one women, that's different. After saying that it dawned on me that we are going to a Highland gathering in two weeks and I'll be walking, standing and skirling for about the same amount of time. I'm looking forward to the haggis and the bacon butties. Some decent beer that isn't restricted to 5% alcohol would also be appreciated, but day dreams don't happen.

I don't think I'd stand for seven hours for any man. Yours must be a good one.
My feet and legs do fine, but after an hour or so of standing in one place my back starts bothering me too much to enjoy what's going on. It does sound like a fun day though.
