Good point Corbin... I can't see any advantage in sending BP to the wall... let's wait until the enquiry and for due process.

Pointless Punishment...
I see your point, this doesnt seem right, and anyway, all the punishment in the world that the law can give to BP is not going to do a thing to rectify the damage that has been done to our Earth and will continue to do. I am really quite scared of what is going to happen on a bigger scale.
