Words CAN be very hurtful... The ones closest to you are the ones who get hurt the most. Harmful words are where the term 'verbal abuse' originated.

I used to use a lot of sarcasm with certain people.
But I came to realize how hurtful sarcasm really can be, so I do the best I can to avoid all words that could be hurtful to anyone.
