- Go to It is a miserable day outside ...not a day to garden
I hope you all had a nice meal and company.
Your friends must have been separated a good part of their married life and each build their own lives. I can't imagine not doing anything together at some point during the day.

I guess that is why there is chocolate and vanilla. I too would rather not go if George didn't go. But I did those sorts of things when I was younger and single.

Perhaps you will learn new things about this lady, Grandmummy. Who knows? You pair may even grow to be friends. I love you. I love Poppy. Have a wonderful evening, and while you are away, I will post more of my story for you to read. I think of you always.

It is definitely not a miserable day today here. It is just perfect with bright sunshine, constant breeze, low humidity, 88
oF at the moment. It's the kind of day to sit in an old wooden garden chair in the shade of an old oak, the kind of chair with the wide flat armrests just right for holding an icy glass of tea, and read a captivating book until the singing of the birds lulls one off to dreamland.
