If the old technology does what you want,
why change it?
I think we are a long way from voice activated software - they have problems with accents, let alone the individual quirks of a persons vocal patterns.

I feel the same way about modern technology; some of it is just plain beyond me. My kids can run circles around me when it comes to the computer, and they can man my own cell phone much better than I can. Me, I like to keep things simple. If the world goes to (a very warm location) in a handbasket, we just might be going back to that one of these days.

But just think, a few years back we didn't have a clue how to use the internet! Look at us go now! Glad you're having a nice, peaceful day with your two relaxed fellas!

There is more for you to read of my soldier, Grandmummy. You tell Poppy I love him and no fretting about calling me until he is well! I love you.

New technology can be frustrating for those who have not used them for most of their lives. I sympathize with your father.

I'm already that way. I resist new technology. I fight my sons off begging them not to get me any new-fangled things. I just don't want to have to mess with them. I have never even tried texting and have no desire to do that.

It must be hot everywhere, I have been trying to write and not making it work and wondering why I spent 15 pounds sterling on sun screen lotion when we hardly see the Sun some years. I hope that you rub plenty on both of you, it can soon burn, poor flowers looked unhappy, I had to shade them

our holiday is next mon, but its pretty quiet here too, the wind isnt even blowing, I work today baah humbug. My daughter has one of those fancy phones she can even change her phone number to display a different number, to much info for me. When I use an ATM they are all different and ask too many questions
