now i thought in 1982 the congress was Republican-- have to go back to check -- got votedin with REagan -- but the 1982 elections broughtin a Democratically controlled congress -- I'll have to check history though.
House of Representatives was Democrat apparently then - -but per Wikiplecia, "Republicans were only able to win control of the Senate for a six-year period from 1981 until 1987. "
So which half of Congress do you think only about 24% of the people favored? -- or was it both? The poll doesn't say I don't think.
Idea being still -- that Congress, which had Republican Senate, still ranked as low as the present one does.
And your hero, Reagan was lower in polls than Obama.
Point being, you keep trying to make it seem that Obama and the Democrats stand alone in public disfavor when in fact they don't.

How idiotic can you be? Reagan's Congress? The Dems had a 50 seat majority in the house in 1982 ........
Obama has the largest majority in both the Senate and House in over 70 years. Your claims are always so off base........unbelievable.

the blog is about you perceiving that yor side will soon be in power and some rinky dink poll that demonstrates such. I presented a respected poll that shows quite differently -- and I think I will research Gallup more to check out congressional approval since that's what you want.
And what poll would any tinking perosn respect: yours? or Gallups?
But it just goes to show how little you accept differing points of view when you decide to block.
You just want to listen to yourself talk.

click on any portrait to get the graph and any other portrait to get a corresponding graph. Only 4 graphs can be accessed at one time.
You click on Obama and then Reagan and see that Rreagan's approval numbers for the same period are less than Obama's.
And Herr Bush's were dismal until 9/11.
