Well I got grumbled at for posting it, one of my Brother's who lives near said he wanted to crop it and make it perfect first. I got a sharp retort 'you never read the directions on any thing, you just stick your big thumb in and mess things up. Siblings don't you wish you could do without them sometimes.

Well it can look like a bee or a wasp, but not to a bee keeper of course, there are many different types, they are rather fascinating to watch like a poor man's hummimg bird.

I expect it is a hybrid Bill I had a bit of a pash for roses, but one has to be careful they are inclined to get rust here, probably need drying winds and well watered soil. Yes it is like the old cottage type rose. Cheers.

Y Is it an old rose sir? Or, it could be an English rose or a modern bred old rose. In any event I love the shade of pink. It’s like a fluffy heart. It reminds me of a cabbage rose. BC–A, Bill’s RJLst
