That's just horrible really...betrayed and for what? thievery - I do agree with Bill here - your Dad knows best. I can't imagine but it does happen...sometimes people just have addictions and problems and it causes them to act out even against their best relationships in life. Elyse

It is really difficult to find good employees,
but I thought that if he stole once he would not hesitate to steal again. It is very difficult to stop stealing once you start. This is a very important issue for all emplyers, how do you stop employees from stealing? I remember in Sears they took all the employees in the back and showed them how they are on camera every second of every day. Perhaps that stoped some of them.

How ironic Timothy would have issues with your father! And I thought it was rather ridiculous on Timothy's part to attempt to justify his stealing! There is no justification, if one takes something that is not his, it's flat out stealing! I loved your father's parting comment, too! He will call a spade a spade! lol on her sam
