You come to a premature judgement here.
The hearing was not completed, so a final decision had not been reached -- it looked like any investigation had just started.
It would seem the subject of the article must have had a mental problem for him to overreact as he did.
But how you perceive this incident seems to be the mental state of most conservatives I have encountered -- thus the grossly uninformed actions of the Tea Partiers and other such.
