I understand California does have strong laws. Mostly the person who has the pull, be it money or 'good 'ol boy association' with the judges and lawyers can pull a lot of strings. No I don't have Medicare. My husband was working and covering me so it would not pay. If I did it is not a 'no premium' deal here.

Are you not in a state a community property state?  Although you hear bad comments about CA we have some good laws for community property and child support.  Don't you have Medicare?  I don't know if anything is going to affect my health care but I have insurance because I have Medicare.  Its great and no premiums.

Tzippy, you got it. We must wake this country. The troubles in one's life, an individual will not bring down the country. That much sorrow brought on by a government will bring down the country and it will not put one stress on the trio... ROP POR ORP however you connect them they are nothing!!!!!

I thank you so much for your prayers. I am not crying in my milk about those things that have happened in my life because this is but an appetizer. I am so sorry that those who have not gone through really bad times will look at the beauty of this country and hold her up...  Thank you so much for your support and prayers. Keep our lovely country in your prayers.

Re: justi, you poor dear! it's post traumatic stress.
This is not about bad things happening to me it is about the bad that is being welcomed into this country by those who do not know different.

Justi, what I get from this article is not that you are trying to give us a
sob story of how hard it was for you, because I think you did really well and I am very proud of the kind of businesswoman you were. I think you are trying really hard to warn the ignorant masses about the devious plot that Obama is implementing into our life while most of the americans are drunk with his looks, and his promises. i get it, and I keep telling everyone the same thing, but they aint listening, HOWEVER, I do see more and more people that are begining to see, but I think its too late for that!

I am so sorry you went through all that sweetie... It seems to me that you have had much more than your share of vicissitudes in this life, but that is the way G-d tests his very special people.  He knows what we can take and what we can't and only gives us what we can surpass.  I admire you the more now that I know what a strong woman you are Justi.  Keep the faith and I am sure G-d will provide as He has always done for you guys. I will keep you in my prayers xoxoxo
