I like the Christmas card inference. Actually CC I cannot help but enjoy this whole write again...and the wireworm - those beetles can truly amaze me with their snap/click but, they can be a nuisance. I would imagine the robin would have their fill of them come Spring at least from these parts ~ and leave it to the blackbird to complain of the birdbath's water (hmmm...I must scrub mine now that I read this...) How utterly divine I find this story ~ I am childlike and it's a good one here. Makes me smile and my eyes light up for the enchantment. Thank you CC ~
