I think it was the right move to back out and your Father always told him up front that the market was not bearing what he hoped to get! It could be a great boon, too! sam

Well, from what you describe it sounds okay. Of course, you might have to prepare yourself for working more hours, but then, in the end you might be able to buy that Ferrari you always wanted...
