wow I am so glad I found you
unfortunatly for me, I knew that american education system was the worse in the world for a very long time. I have a tape from an ex kgb guy, he is very old, i dont know if he is alive any more, but he has a very good explanation for what has happen to our gov. systems. I dont know where it is but i will find it and transcribe it on my post as soon as i find it.
this is a great post, you are brilliantly presenting very important information.

Emerson makes a great point, too! It is sad that it gets all kinds of lip service but never any real action to make changes for the better! Excellent post! sam
