I am spoiled, I like direct deposit and paying my bills on line! I know you like the interaction and that is a good thing! For me, it works to get everything paid quickly and out of my mind! sam

I prefer paper checks, but everyone should be able to choose. I wish my "paper" check would show up in my mailbox from 2 of our clients soon!

Direct deposit is a good thing for all the reasons you have stated. But some older people are more conservative in their methods and thinking, they prefer it the old fashioned way. It would probably take time and a concerted effort to sit down and show them in detail how it works FSI.

I have all my checks direct deposited and very seldom do I go to the bank, I use the ATM and prefer it that way. If you dont have a bank account most places charge to cash checks and that can get expensive.I love direct deposit.

actually I thought everyonw did direct debit....it is safer and quicker and
can't be spent before you get home.
