You are so creative and it all sounds wonderful. I like to experiment and end up with some good tasting stuff, but I never write anything down and so I'm never able to make it again. LOL

Sounds delish! As you know, I also cook, though not every day, LOL. I like the sound of everything but the carrot cake - I like carrots, but not in cake! But I never bake anyway, so there's no danger I'll ever end up with it...

There are different strokes for different folks and I think that is fine. I simply love to cook and not at all because I think everybody should. I believe people should enjoy what they want to do with homemaking. That is what you are saying, you do it your way I applaud that.

there are a few occasions when I decide to cook from scratch but not enough to create a recipe or two, but sometimes I might add something different because I dont have what they are asking for. I never have company except on the holidays and that is enough for me

He really is a great taster. I see, taste and smell all these things in my head. I need someone objective to taste them. I cook for friends all the time so I get feed back. I just watch them, some won't tell me if they don't like but I can tell by their expressions. It is great fun.
