Re: E.L
Invested! Wow, that's a bit harsh I.E. I thought they were given freely as a gift for something ethereal, but I apologise, I expect you are right.

Re: Oh that little ring...I too feel sad and wonder about poor Dorothy
don't think Pubs like the old leek and carrot go in for the quality that you may be accustomed to  Kabu. Just as Dorothy was about to explode and destroy Dogrose you put in a plea to save her hmm,

So Penny likes her new car eh?  and the jewelers --- (love the name of the diner - Leek and Carrot)
and Ah ~ Asti - one of my early early days of Champagne(ing) it.(like in my early 20's)  This made delightful mimosas - but I digress...
Quite the ring you invested in, wow!!!   I love that word, "wattle" and "wabbies" -
and I adore the poetry there at the end...that's great ~ and I'm curious why Walt is so melancholy all of a sudden... Elyse

not very consistent am I? poor Penny now poor Dorothy....what can you expect from one such as I ...especially when I think of you Arthur foregoing a good Australian wine for cheap over sweet Asti Spumante.........I haven't drunk that since my twenties ........long long ago. At least if it had been  MOE. I would have said fair enough but sweet ITALIAN. ugh. oh welllets see what tomorrow brings.
