It is a bad scene right now. I heard they were all arrested, and I sure hope things work out. I believe the absence of the right paperwork is what caused the ruckus - has that been taken care of?

Yes, Haiti has needed prayers since it's inception in 1804.Of course it came abour because of a successful rebellion by slaves. It's been a Spanish colony and then a French one until the slaves overthrew the French. VooDoo is still prevalent there and a huge part of the culture. So, those Christians thrown in jail are probably there more as the result of a VooDoo practitioner than anything else. Our prayers may be able to succeed in having the Premier of Quebec intervene in that dilemma as Quebec has welcomed thousands of Haitians to it's shores, and of course they all communicate in French. In any case, I shall pray for them with you after your wonderful post luv.

I dont know enough about this to make a intelleigent opinion so I wont touch it, but as you know many companies have campaigns on tv to help Haiti but do they do it for the write off they can get or do they care or maybe a little of both?

You are right Justi. There is a war right now going on against Christians. There are many God haters who mock Christians. Christians are not perfect but if they truly love God and are following Jesus they will love and do what's right. I am glad you are brave and stand up for the truth. God bless you.

I don't have any trouble understanding these people and their aims. They want to help the children. I have no problem understanding the Prime Minister he is an evil man wihtout any redeemptive qualities. I do believe Geraldo and I think CNN does not care one whit about any of it. They just pick up crumbs and get paid. The people of this country, this world must take a stand or become a part of the evil that exist.

yes of course we must pray for these people for justice and most of all
for the poor little children who are who knows where.And I agree...it's really not easy to tell what is truth and what is media sensationalism just for a story or for money.

Yes, I've been praying for them since this happened...there is so much
going on right now in the world...it's just sad that in such a time of disaster, they would detain these good people...very sad and cruel.
