Thanks Azur, had already emailed, but bottom line was that if I didn't pay up they wouldn't deliver my consignment, and that would just put up the storage costs even more. No fun either, finding that my 'FRAGILE' markings have been ignored... I am dreading opening the boxes now... ho hum..

And make your case. I would definitely do that before handing over all of that sum. There are always hidden costs with shipping agents
