I just returned something the other day - just about before the store closed and on the last day it could have been returned. (either misplaced or for me, procrastination)

If he's like my brother it just sits in the truck until he gets around to it! He has lost more lottery winning from scratch tickets because he never gets around to redeeming them before they expire! sam

he was probably hurting for money, its like bringing back an item you bougth in the summer and never wore or used it, you are trying to get your money back

perhaps he cleaned the bottom of his car inside and found it under the junk
Personally I would be embarrased to go back that late and say to myself I deserved to lose the money but I suppose that is why I never got rich.
