I'm happy to see that things seem to be turning a corner for you now... Have a good year, you deserve it.

Azur

Ell is chuckling at your 'guessing the mixture wrongly.'  "See"  she is saying, "I'm not alone when it comes to guessing burned offerings."

I'm so glad the pressure has eased, Azur.  From a steadier platform the future will look rosier.

Bereavement is such a long and hard road, but I'm so glad you are already beginning to experience some easing. Keep strong, my friend.

"Life goes on within you and without you...."

I have to share with you that I am reading your somber, hopeful and uplifting words with a chihuauha warming herself at my hip, on her "own" chair; a beagle leaning up with her paws on my thigh strongly suggesting I pick her up, a himalayan cat curled up behind the monitor and our youger cat (named "Zaboumafu" because she resembled the Kratt brother's lemur character) repeatedly levitating onto the counter and demanding my attention.

Remember to revel. Carpe diem.

I think the activity of making pasta far out weighed the end result! It is good she found solace in you and coming together is always good. I pray for healing but know that the process has to be gone through as well. I was waiting on part 2, just so you know! I wish a good new year to all as well, and a great new year for Unsaid' sam

It is good to hear that the clouds are beginning to lift a little.
And Taps is right.  Here's hoping for peace and joy in the new year.

Everyone should have lumpy pasta when they are in mourning, for it is a time when nothing should be too perfect.
