Hi Betty, I enjoyed those scenes in the song "Bela Revo" (learnt a new word). I hope you are fine too..

This is so interesting Elinjo ~ so glad you've found more in common with your visitor. I'm sorry he feels less optimistic. I would be so nervous myself, in a demonstration of any kind. I'm more just quiet and reserved when it comes to these matters. to know me is to know I get anxious around frenzy or all that...but I'm glad he's safe ~ Elyse - enjoyed the song -

It seems like there's that one or two demonstrations that get out of control.

Well it seems Canada is seen as the climate culprit of the world as the climate scam goes round and round.

No elected officials want to make the tough decisions because it means
big financial very unpopular input. All I personally can do is take care of all these beautiful trees and animal life we have around here. Step outside our door and breathe cold very fresh oxygen laden air.

He's quite right I think--the future seems to be rather bleak. Hope you're doing well, Betty.

It is so sad when optimism wanes! I so enjoyed the music, I do not know the language but there is a great comfort that comes to me! How cool to go for a bike today, I am a bit envious! Have a wonderful day (tomorrow, I always forget I am getting up while you are retiring for the day!) Betty! Shelly

I fear your friend is right, Elinjo. The optimism the world held for this conference has cooled - our politicians are wary of making the right choices. It seems we're back to wanting it all, without having to sacrifice a darned thing to get it.
