Yes FSI ~ the public can be rather crude - truly I understand when one serving can no longer tolerate the rude crudeness of some. I think you did okay - don't scourge - you're human and you with all the stress of the day you carry - you did just fine.

This guy is probably very unhappy. It shows by the way he treats others.

This guy reminds me of a slogan I have always lived by" 'Never get into a p*ss*ng match with a skunk! The results are never good! I think in this case the less said the better! sam

some people have a way of getting on the nerves and usually they get back in return how they treated me

We really are surrounded
by rude people but I'd like to keep that distinction intact by not allowing myself to merge with them. I can understand your anger but blessed are the peacemakers.

FSI...you have more self control than I. Once while in a more customer-service oriented job, a woman yelled and was very rude. I was pregnant and hormonal and it was just the wrong day for her to mess with me. She got an earful. I pointed out that I didn't always wear the company uniform, and that she's going to want more friends than not 'out there'....and advised her to much more careful. We are all human beings, after all. She didn't like that very well. My boss backed me up; only because she had slapped a cashier the week before. She was invited to conduct her business elsewhere.
