You have a point majroj, but any TV script I've written before always had the character's names. Even if they weren't used on screen or on radio, it helped the producers.

Hi mneme! Thank you again. The winning hat feels very strange on my head. Of course you will get the chance to read it.

Azur
It feels tremendous, Azur and I can't thank you enough for all your moral support.
I didn't think I could do it and kept berating myself for even attempting it. Since finishing it I haven't written a word. I don't know if it's because of shock or the thought of all the hard work that now has to be done since I
'wrote now and worried later.' Again, a thousand thanks.

Re-read your post more closely
Sounds like a TV script!
If Spielberg can call and credit a character in Jurassic Park II (or III?) "Unlucky Bastard", then you can use "#2 Baddy" anytime.

Now that you have written, you can worry
about small matters of descriptions, literals, plot, themes, characterisation. Doesn't it feel good? I wanted you to know you could do it!
Yes, and well done to Ell too for her sterling support.

Thank you, thank you, thank you Pat. Your believe gave my frame of mind an enormous uplift. I've passed on your good wishes to Ell, and she's blushing - good grief, I've never seen her blushing before. Now I'll find the time to catch up with your posts.....and to think you've already done the NaNo twice. You are my hero.

TAPS
LOL! I wasn't sure I could do it either, TAPS. I'm a bit annoyed that I wrote 3,000 extra words - or perhaps I can't count. Thank you ever so for rooting for me - it helped a lot. Cheers!

Thank you sam444. You had a lot to do with my passing the winning line. I know I shouldn't say this, but I'm quite proud of me too. The pressure is off - briefly.

"Good for you" is putting it too mildly. "I knew you could do it" is not totally honest--I wasn't quite sure; but I was rooting for you all the way.

Mugs up!
